India: Economic Development, Population, and Equality
A study of India’s economic reforms since 1991, focusing on how policy changes drove growth and shaped income distribution. Examined shifts in rural/urban migration, gender ratios, and demographic trends using real-world data and economic models.
The Chinese Housing Market: Financialization and Crisis
Investigated the transformation of China’s property sector, the financialization of real estate, and the 2020s market collapse. Covered historic liberalization, rapid credit expansion, the rise and fall of developers like Evergrande, and the broader economic consequences for households and global markets.
